What a wonderful dinner Squidley made this evening! And it was a well orchestrated process with an "all fresh" cast, starring:
the chicken,
the zucchini,
the red bell pepper and onions,
the yellow squash,
and the broccoli.
Pictured here are all the performers, except the chicken, which made its appearance just a bit later.
And my personal philosophy is that no meal is complete without something sweet. That something is not always homemade; however, tonight's treat was. Squidley made a homemade bread pudding that was complimented with a warm, homemade sauce. He thought it was funny when I asked for some extra "icing."
