The house was a bit cool during the first half of the day (since the outdoor temperatures had dropped significantly), and Deutsch and Scout were all about keeping warm. Typically, they are excellent snugglers. This photograph shows how the cool temps assisted them in perfecting the fine art of hugging. (Note Scout's little white paws wrapped around his younger brother's shoulders.)This afternoon, Squidley presented me with a spur of the moment dinner invitation. We enjoyed a wonderful meal at a private little place by the river, where we seized the opportunity to watch the Wednesday night sailboat races.
And now it's time for us to sail away to the beddy bye.
